Founder view — the seller’s side of the case
How we generated $104M in pipeline in 8 weeks for a $5B+ B2B SaaS company.
20-min fit call · no slides · no prep needed
The short version
A $1B B2B software company needed $100M in Stage 2+ pipeline in 60 days. We stood up one focused sales sprint with them. By day 60, $104M of Stage 2+ pipeline was in CRM. Six months later, $101M of that had closed.
It worked because we start from what executives actually need to defend on their P&L — not from what we’re trying to sell.

How the motion worked (per account)
Account context → deal hypothesis → buyer-facing offer → buyer response → buyer proof → Stage 2+ in CRM
Every outreach started from the buyer’s business, not our product: what outcome might they care about, why now, who personally benefits, and what proof would make the conversation credible.
Example
A CFO likely needed a defensible cloud-spend cut without slowing the AI roadmap. The offer wasn’t “want a demo?” — it was a 1-page cost-takeout POV with three specific savings vectors, aimed at the VP Data Platform / Head of FinOps with a path to CFO or CIO.
Why it worked
We made better dealmaking visible, inspectable, and coachable every week — prioritizing the right accounts, creating buyer-relevant deal hypotheses, turning them into specific offers, and only advancing conversations where buyers showed real proof.
Is this for you?
If you’re a B2B software company $10M–$100M short in Stage 2+ pipeline you and your team can actually close, we’ll stand something like this up with you, guide your team through it, and we only get paid when you generate outcomes.
no slides · no prep needed
Give your buyer a $10M answer they can defend.
That’s the job. That’s what we help you build.
